Say hello—we read every thoughtful note
Messages reach our San Francisco studio during weekday business hours. We answer questions about informational content, consulting fit, educational downloads, and accessibility. When a request belongs in a clinical setting, we say so plainly and suggest next steps that do not replace your care team.
Please include your time zone, preferred pronouns if you want them on file, and whether you need a phone callback. The more context you share up front, the fewer back-and-forth emails we need before doing real work.
We do not use this channel for emergencies. For urgent health concerns, contact local emergency services.

Contact form
Required fields help us route your message. Submitting confirms you have read our privacy policy. This form is for general inquiries only—not for medical emergencies, protected health information you are not authorized to share, or guaranteed response times. For sensitive documents we may provide a separate access-controlled upload link when we offer file intake.
What you receive back
Acknowledgements include a ticket reference, the teammate reviewing your note, and a realistic reply window. If we need attachments, we provide an access-controlled upload method when we offer file intake, rather than asking for sensitive materials in casual email without notice.
What we will not do here
We do not troubleshoot emergencies, interpret lab results, or debate another clinician’s orders. For urgent concerns, contact local emergency services or your on-call provider.
Accessibility
Request large print, plaintext, or synchronous phone follow-up in your first message. We coordinate reasonable adjustments where technically feasible.
After you hit send
Automated receipt
Your browser redirects to a thank-you page; our mail system stores the timestamp and message hash for delivery troubleshooting.
Human triage
A facilitator categorizes the request, checks scope, and assigns ownership. Simple questions may resolve in one reply.
Follow-up or referral
We either propose a next meeting, send resources, or explain why we are not the right studio—sometimes with external links to explore.
Quick answers
Do you offer same-day sessions?
Sometimes, if calendars align. Most new clients book at least a few days out so pre-reads are possible.
Can I copy legal or procurement teams?
Yes. Put them in the message body; we will route invoices and DPAs to the right queue.
Is the studio wheelchair accessible?
The 32nd Ave entrance is step-free during published hours. Tell us if you need seating or signage adjustments before you arrive.
Visits by appointment
We confirm visitor names with front-desk neighbors when building access requires it. If you are traveling from outside the city, ask for a calendar hold before booking airfare—availability is subject to scheduling and is not assured until confirmed in writing.
